## Getting Started

Open **Settings → Customers → Customer payments** (click your name at the bottom-left of the sidebar, then **Settings**) and connect Stripe, or write your offline payment instructions.

A worker or admin marks the job complete, and that creates the invoice. Check whether it's been paid in [Finances →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices)

### Common problems (quick fixes)

* **I don't see an invoice** → make sure the job is marked complete. The invoice is created from the completed job. [Check Invoices →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices)
* **Customer paid by check or cash but reminders keep sending** → mark the invoice as paid in [Invoices →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices).
* **Worker can't see jobs** → confirm the job is assigned to their team (crew) for today in [Dispatch →](https://shortcutco.com/dispatch).
* **Not getting push notifications** → sign in on the [mobile app](/readme/mobile-app.md) once, then switch **Push** on under **Settings → General → Notifications** (click your name at the bottom-left of the sidebar, then **Settings**).
