## Getting Started

If you complete these, you'll be able to send a proposal, schedule work, and get paid.

Open the **settings cog (bottom left) → Billing & Payments → Customer Payments** and connect Stripe (or choose offline/check payments).

Jobs are marked complete by workers or admins. Completion generates the invoice. Pay status lives in [Finances →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices)

### Common problems (quick fixes)

* **I don't see an invoice** → make sure the job is marked complete (invoices are job-driven). [Check Invoices →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices)
* **Customer paid but reminders keep sending** → on offline/check payments? Make sure to mark the invoice as paid in [Invoices →](https://shortcutco.com/invoices).
* **Worker can't see jobs** → confirm the job is assigned to their team (crew) for today in [Dispatch →](https://shortcutco.com/dispatch).
