# Plan & Billing

Shortcut is **one plan with everything included**, priced per crew. There are no per-user seats (invite unlimited users) and no per-transaction fees. Open it from the **settings cog → Billing & Payments → Plan & Billing**.

## Pricing

| **Per crew** | $180/month | $144/month, billed $1,728/crew/year |

A **crew** is a team you dispatch (set up in [Workforce](/readme/configuration/workforce-users-+-roles-+-teams.md)). Add or remove crews any time — your subscription adjusts.

## Free trial

Every new account gets a **14-day free trial** — no credit card required. You'll see a trial countdown in the app near the end of the trial.

## How to manage your subscription

### Open Plan & Billing

Open the **settings cog → Billing & Payments → Plan & Billing**.

### Choose your billing interval

Pick **monthly** or **annual** — a live price preview shows your total based on your crews.

### Enter payment details

Add a card via Stripe.

### Confirm

You can change your billing interval or cancel from this page any time.

## Subscription statuses

* **Trial** — free trial period (14 days)
* **Active** — subscription is current and paid
* **Past due** — payment failed (Shortcut will retry)
* **Canceled** — subscription has been canceled
* **Paused** — subscription is temporarily paused

If your trial expires or payment fails, some features are restricted until billing is resolved. You'll see a banner prompting you to update your payment method.
